The minimum initial cash investment made by the franchisee is approximately $175,000-200,000. The total investment to open a new CD One Price Cleaners store is typically around $700,000-$725,000 so this $175,000-$200,000 investment by the franchisee is considered an initial equity down payment. You will need to obtain financing from a third party lender for the balance.
