"I am a regular customer of one of your Palatine stores and would like to express my satisfaction as a customer. Your employee willingly offered to help me carry out my clothes to my car and refused a tip when I offered one. I really appreciated that and was impressed by his customer service." Signed, John
"When I lived in the Edgewater neighborhood, I often went to your 4855 N. Broadway site and my Mother used your 2815 N. Broadway location. I live in Blue Island now, and would like to suggest that you consider opening a new store near 121st and Western. I have no vested interest in this site, I would just love to have one of your stores near me."
Signed, Declan - Blue Island
"Just for the record--you guys are THE ANSWER to my prayers! I cannot tell you how long I have resisted and resented the high cost of dry cleaning. I would end up punishing myself and my family by not purchasing the finer things to wear just because they required dry cleaning. I will be in and out of your stores every week-I know it's hard to imagine that something so simple can mean so much to daily life, but THANK YOU! Best wishes in the growth of the company."
Signed, Jan - Wheaton
"I recently moved from the Uptown area to the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood. And while I love my new neighborhood, there isn't a Cleaners Depot/CD One Price Cleaners store close by! You should look for a site along Milwaukee Ave or along North Ave. Just a suggestion from a former satisfied customer." Signed, Caroline - Chicago
"I would like to pass along a compliment. The Manager/owner is doing a great job and I am always impressed by the service and his employees are always friendly. They even recognize me and pull up my order without asking for the information--how impressive is that! I have seen lines out the door at this location, so I am sure it has hundreds if not thousands of customers. For the gentleman to know my information without having to ask me is truly impressive and shows quality, commitment and caring. Outstanding job!" Signed, David, Chicago
"People are saying great things about your business. Any plans to bring a location to Geneva or perhaps St. Charles?" Signed, Ryan - Geneva
"Can you tell me if you plan to open a store in Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Mundelein or Buffalo Grove? We could sure use one up here."
"The store on North Ave is by far the best dry cleaner I have found in the Oak Park area. Their prices are simply the best and their service is still top notch." Posted by an unidentified customer
"CD One Price Cleaners is the cheapest cleaners in Lakeview. Twice a month I walk ten blocks and pass five other cleaners to pay the low price of $2.29 per garment. I had my floor length winter wool coat cleaned for only $2.29, a hat cleaned for $2.29 and a silk blouse cleaned for $2.29. The low price is why the line to CD One Price Cleaners is always out the door." Posted by an unidentified customer
"This place makes dry cleaning reasonable. I avoided dry clean clothes for years, but now it doesn't matter. They do a great job of both dry cleaning and laundry and they have fast, efficient service."

"I am a regular customer of yours, but have moved south of Chicago to Manteno. Will you ever think of having a store in Bradley or Bourbonnais? I am sure you will get a lot of business. As of now, I'm bringing up my cleaning--70 miles to get it done while I visit my parents in Niles, but I would appreciate one down here." Signed, Teresa
"I just moved from Willowbrook to Orland Park and we miss being able to take our cleaning to a CD One Price Cleaners. Are there any plans of opening up a location in our area?" Signed, Kristine - Orland Park
"Guys, we miss you something terrible. We moved from Glen Ellyn, IL a year ago. While we do not miss the cold and snow, we miss you. I am now paying $2.50 per shirt, $5.50 for pants, $10.00 for a dress and this is the best price. Please come to Savannah, GA and Beaufort, SC. Thanks," Signed, John
"I just moved to Indiana, with the thought that the cost of living is "so much less" in Indiana. NOT for dry cleaning. In the Lafayette area, the cost of laundering/pressing a men's shirt is $2.25-$2.75. The dry cleaning prices are awful, too. Is there anyone scoping out West Lafayette / Lafayette, IN, to start a new location? You would be a HUGE hit here.
Thanks, Jeaneen (Indiana)
