You have questions, we have answers.

Do I need to tell you what I’m sending you?

No, you don’t! Our goal is to save you time, so we will do the counting for you.

Do you check for stains?

Yes, we do pre-treat stains and perform professional spot removing on dry clean items and laundered and pressed shirts or blouses.

How should I package my order?

Place in any disposable bags labeled with your name and “dry clean” or “wash and fold” and you’ll receive free branded bags with your first delivery.

Do you deliver on holidays?

When your “laundry day” or delivery day falls on a holiday, we’ll automatically reschedule our visit and you will receive a notification.

When should I put my order out?

Please have your wash and fold and/or dry cleaning out by 8 AM on your neighborhood’s Laundry Day.

Is there a long term commitment?

No, you can place one-time orders or cancel recurring orders or subscriptions anytime.

When will I be charged?

For one-time orders, your credit card will be charged on the day your order is delivered back to you. For subscriptions, we will charge you on the morning on your first pickup. Unless you cancel your subscription, it will auto-renew on the same day every month.

Will the driver call me?

On your pickup day, you will receive a text when the driver begins their route and when your order is the next in line to be picked up or delivered.

Can I change my pickup/ delivery date or time?

No, each neighborhood has an assigned Laundry Day and time. That’s how we keep our prices so low. We’ll always return your clothes the next day.

Do I need to be home?

Absolutely not! In fact, we don’t expect you to be home. But if you prefer, you can certainly hand-off to the driver.

Where do I leave my clothes?

Anywhere the driver can access it. If you live in a building, this includes lobbies, package or mail rooms, management offices, or with a doorman. You can even leave special pickup and delivery notes for us.

When will I receive my reusable bags?

You’ll receive your reusable bags with your first delivery. For your first order, place in any disposable bag labeled with your name and “wash and fold” or “dry cleaning”.

What if I need to skip a week?

If you aren’t available for your pickup, no worries. Simply reply ‘Skip’ to the night before text and your order will be rescheduled for the next week. For laundry subscribers, it is up to you on how you would like to use it. Much like a gym membership or streaming subscription. If you do not use it for a few weeks the price remains the same. At this time we do not offer refunds, credits or overflow laundry for skipped weeks of service. 

What should my laundry smell like?

“Clean” doesn’t actually have a scent. You may be accustomed to having your laundry smell scented from the in-home detergents and laundry products that you have used in your household. However, when ew deliver your clean laundry to you, it will not have a scent because we are purposefully using products that are hypoallergenic and contain no added perfumes or dyes. If I’m a laundry subscriber, what should I do with extra laundry?

No problem. Any laundry that doesn’t fit into our large bag can be placed into any disposable bag and labeled “wash and fold” and will be charged at $1.69 per pound. You also have the option to add bags to your plan in your profile.

How much laundry can fit in the resusable pickup and delivery laundry bag?

Do I need to sort my laundry?

No, you don’t! Our goal is to save you time, so we don’t want you wasting time doing that yourself.

What detergent do you use?

We only use hypoallergenic, biodegradable, scent and dye free detergents to ensure your garments are gently and effectively cleaned.
