Writing a review isnu0027t something that I do often enough, but there are times that kindness and extra effort should be noted and acknowledged.nnThe team at CD One Price Cleaners went way out of their way to return a new shirt that had set in wine stains back to me Show More looking as if I just purchased it. They asked for an extra day to work on it, and when I returned they were smiling -delivering a shirt I thought could not have been cleaned. They took the time and effort to do the impossible!!nnMany thanks to a group that takes pride in their work to support their gracious patrons!!nnTim

I love love love CD One Price cleaners in Palatine.nI utilize both their fluff and fold and dry cleaning. My condo does not have laundry, and I work long hours. I would not be able to manage all my responsibilities without CD One Price. My clothing is well Show More cared for and expertly pressed and folded. The staff is highly professional, courteous, and always a delight to see. I left my wallet there once u0026 manager kept it in safe for me for a week while my dad was in hospital. This is the place to go!!! I was scrambling to get my blazer there on a Saturday morning that needed to come with me on an early flight Monday and the staff was so kind and helpful! As a college student, a lot of my clothes still live at my Show More parents house so it’s not always easy to be “prepared” for bringing professional attire for travel, but I am so grateful to their staff’s willingness to help me out. Not to mention, my blazer came out beautifully! 5 stars for quality of service (which is increasingly hard to find in today’s world)!!!!😊

The location at 314 N. Northwest Hwy in Palatine was more than accommodating. I needed the wrinkles of my party dress steamed out so that I could pack it for a trip the next day (which was Sunday, when they are closed). This wasnu0027t going to be a Show More problem for them. They realized I needed the dress and were able to process it immediately. The staff was very professional but more importantly they were friendly, courteous and happy to help. Itu0027s definitely a business I will return to.
