They have lost items. Delivered my items to other people. Given me items in my order that belonged to other people. Shrunk items. Pressed items with creases around details that didn’t belong. Given dates for pick up that were inconsistent with reality. Now that I have all items back. I will never go there again. The price you pay directly correlates with the customer service and quality you receive.

Did wash and fold for the first time because I admittedly was extremely behind on laundry. 24 hour turnaround, everything was nicely folded, no damage, felt fresh, and clearly was washed in unscented detergent per my request. Will definitely be using CD again!

My clothes doesn’t look clean when I get them back . When they make a mistake , they never let you know about it . You’ll find out when it’s time to wear that item ! One other thing I don’t like is that if I don’t have the money right then I can’t pay when I pick them up which is an inconvenience for me if I need those clothes for work the next day but don’t get paid until the next day ! I love the same day service if the clothes come back CLEAN the same day !!!!!!
